Claros offers an excellent sandwich experience, highlighted by the ability to customize your own, which I really enjoyed. The staff adds to the overall appeal with their humor and enjoyable interactions, making the visit more than just a meal. Additionally, the store's new and clean environment enhances the dining experience, making it a pleasant place to grab a bite. It's a great spot that I definitely recommend for a quality sandwich in a friendly atmosphere.

We Come for the amazing foods imported from Italy and the over-the-top service and today on Friday was no exception. I want to acknowledge the seasoned pros in the meat department--Today was Jason and Brian shaving off this sheafs of mortadella with pistachios head cheese-- shaved so thin it melts on your tongue...imported directly from Italy. I make the one hour trip once a month to not only save money but bring home treasures of unadulterated foods to celebrate with family and friends. Why would you go any place else.. Real Food, Rich desserts & Get treated like royalty!!

If you don't know well yours friends just aren't good friends, or they would have told you about this place! The sausages are best I have had hands down. Got a jar of sauce for a quick dinner the other night, yes I said it "a jar"- this ain't no prego! Lots of glutten free options- just go already!

This store is a hidden gem. Everything Italian, from freshly made sandwiches (cold and hot), lasagna, pasta sauce, gelato.. you name it. It basically has everything you need to make a good Italian meal at home (with plenty of products that will even get you half way there- like premade ravioli, sauces, pizza dough, etc). If you need to make a nice gift basket for someone, I'd come browse their array of olive oils, bottled sauces, pastries, and dried pastas. Chatted with a regular here. She said EVERYTHING in the store is good, but she also took time to mention that this is the only place her Italian grandfather will allow her to get sausages. One other note: they have a section of gluten free Italian cookies... they even have the Italian wedding cookies that are gluten free.

This is the best local Italian Deli in Central OC. I was so happy to be here I completely forgot to take pictures or plan my experience. The ambiance, the smell, the feeling of happiness just overwhelmed me. I nearly cried. These magical delis are an endangered species these days. There are fewer and fewer every year. I was here with a friend and she spent $150 on cold cuts! She had to plan three lunches for 12 people! I was shopping for myself. I bought a container of the "Claro's white sauce" for dinner tonight! I bought a half pound of the Bulgarian feta cheese. I bought a small loaf of fresh bread. I bought some prosciutto and provolone roll ups, and I was so happy! They have everything the foodie expects from a good Italian deli! The cheeses! The oils! The cookies! The olives and exotic pantry items! The deli case made me so happy! You won't be disappointed! They make sandwiches to go!

If I'm tasked to make an authentic Italian meal at home, my go to store is Claro's. They have all the ingredients you need to make your own meal, but they also have a heated display case with foods ready to be taken home and enjoyed. They also have a made to order, freshly sliced deli meats sandwich counter with sides and pickles. And a huge frozen case full of takeout meatballs, different kinds of lasagna, spicy & mild ground sausage, ravioli, gnocchi, etc. Service is friendly and quick. Clean. Bright. Fully stocked shelves. No tables to sit down and eat. Ample parking in a lot shared with several stores including Kokis Teppanyaki & Sunny's Foot Spa. Just your nice neighborhood Italian market.

Recently tried Claro's for a party I threw and was not disappointed. There were no sandwiches left when the party was over. The guests loved them. The bread was very soft and the meat and veggies were fresh. I will def use Claro's again!

Claro's reminds me of the "old-style" Italian and Jewish Delis of my past. It's such an experience with an amazing selection of meats and cheeses that are so beyond what you see at our regular supermarkets. The result can be an amazing taste sensation if you're willing to try something new and different. My favorite of this amazing market is the sandwich. They make it fresh on wonderfully fresh rolls and cut it to your order. Their menu has some amazing pre-planned choices, but their "you call it" includes three of whatever meat and one cheese that you choose. The veggies they add are fresh and crisp, and the condiments run the gamut of whatever you would want. Normally I get the Great Grandpa Joe - a collection of their capicola, mortadella, dry salami, and provolone cheese (and veggies with Italian dressing). This time, I got a combo with their delicious turkey, roast beef, ham, and pepper jack - with mayo and dressing (and veggies). Heaven, pure heaven! Grab a number as soon as you go to the deli section. The staff is friendly and helpful, but very busy cranking out the sandwiches. While you're working your way towards the cashier, take a good look at all the delicious pastries. OMG! Friendly staff. Delicious food. Great location in Tustin! (and a few other OC cities)

Solid place for sandwiches (hot and cold), though the wait times can be long. Cool Italian market too with plenty of options to choose from for pastas, sauces, and meats.
